Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine ca. 51 m² große Wohnung in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Lage am Arensweg in Winterhude.Die Umgebung bietet viel Grün, charmante Altbauviertel und eine sehr gute Anbindung: Die Alster ist in Laufnähe, Supermärkte, Cafés und der Stadtpark sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.Ich ziehe Anfang bis Mitte Juni in eine neue Wohnung um und suche jemanden, der idealerweise meinen Mietvertrag übernimmt und die verbleibende Kündigungsfrist mitträgt. The Alster is within walking distance, and supermarkets, cafés, and the Stadtpark are also nearby.I’m moving to a new place in early or mid-June and am looking for someone who can ideally take over the remaining notice period of my lease and continue with a new rental contract afterwards.
