Bitte habt Verständnis, dass ich aufgrund der vielen Anfragen nicht allen einzeln antworten kann.Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine ca. 51 m² große Wohnung in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Lage am Arensweg in Winterhude.Die Umgebung bietet viel Grün, charmante Altbauviertel und eine sehr gute Anbindung: Die Alster ist in Laufnähe, Supermärkte, Cafés und der Stadtpark sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.Ich ziehe Anfang bis Mitte Juni in eine neue Wohnung um und suche jemanden, der idealerweise meinen Mietvertrag übernimmt und die verbleibende Kündigungsfrist mitträgt.
